Taste Orange Festival

Wine and gourmet food lovers, your taste buds will be positively tingling with two festivals in the space of a week.

Taste Orange Festival

Taking a spring break at the beach. Winemakers and producers from Orange will take over Bondi’s restaurants, cafes and the Bondi Pavilion for the week-long Taste Orange Festival. Not only will the wine be flowing freely, but interactive food and wine programs will be happening, including cooking sessions with Orange and Bondi chefs.

Since no decent festival is complete without music, the Orange Conservatorium and Bondi’s local musos will join in for a jam session, while artists from Orange will be exhibited.

Not to be outdone by Orange, the Hunter Valley and Mudgee regions offer wines for you to savour at the 2008 Spring Food & Wine Festival. Running for two days at the Entertainment Quarter, the event will feature wine experts and tasting – all set to music with sax player Nic Jeffries and band, the Ray Mann Three and DJ Chad.

The Taste Orange Festival runs until Sun 28 Sep throughout Bondi, while the 2008 Spring Food & Wine Festival is at the Entertainment Quarter Sun 5–Mon 6 Oct
