Sydney Comedy Festival 2010
Sydney, get ready to yuk it up as the Sydney Comedy Festival prepares to tickle your funniest of bones

Welcome to the 2010 Sydney Comedy Festival – that time of year when the city asks itself whether chickens really do cross roads, how dogs smell when they have no nose, and what is it with airline food (am I right ladies)?
We'll be keeping up to the minute with new performer announcements, date changes and all the other minutiae that come with the Festival, so keep on checking back for details as the Festival approaches. We'll also be adding interviews, clips and more to the links below, because we love you – and comedy – that much.
You're welcome.
Time Out Sydney Comedy Awards
Lovers of laughs, take note: the third annual Time Out
Sydney Comedy Awards are happening again and we are asking YOU to cast
your vote for the funniest performer at this year's Sydney Comedy
Festival.
It's not going to be easy since it's a hell of a line-up, and many of
our previous award recipients are
coming back this year, including Al
Pitcher, DeAnne
Smith, Jeremy
Hotz and the Pajama
Men. Because we respect how tricky a task it is, the mere act
of
voting puts you in the running for a kick-ass Sydney Comedy Prize Pack
including a year's tickets to the Comedy Store!
