The Victoria Room

It's easy to be bamboozled by the room with all the romance of an Indian summer mingled with a peripatetic cocktail list. Travel to Brazil with a Pisco Sour or traipse around in Italy with a Negroni. Summer evenings in the Victoria room lazing back on the wide lipped chaise longue or sitting regal in one of the throne-like armchairs with an Amazon Punch in hand is a perfect example of how good Sydney bars can be.

This one, in particular, is a real beauty with the stunning fit-out and outstanding list making it huge with cocktail nerds and hens nights respectively. If it's ballast you're in need of, they serve supper between 11pm and 2am on Friday and Saturday nights and high tea on Sundays is a signature.

Sunday Supper and Sounds has kicked-off now as well. There are southern Mediterranean inspired dishes, carafes of Chianti and sangria and guest DJs kicks off from 6pm. And, if you don't feel like mixing with the hoi polloi, you and 10 of your pals can partake of The Hunt Club, your own private lounge area replete with opulent bar. Tally ho!
