Zeta Bar

Zeta Bar is all about service - if you can prove you know how to drink. As with any cocktail bar, they'll serve you something light and sweet if you don't indicate what you want. There. You've been warned. If you to put your bartender through their paces, rest assured that everyone who works at Zeta is well trained in anything you can throw at them. Head bartender Grant Collins is more than a little obsessed with forgotten classics and Prohibition-era drinks. He's hosted Prohibition nights in private rooms where you'll try a bunch of different things (some hidden in old books, others served in old tin cans and pretty little tea cups) and get a little history lesson at the same time. He also likes to dabble in the dark arts of molecular mixology. That means you might find him spherifying olives, or bent over a bucket, elbow deep in liquid nitrogen. If all that sounds like a lot of hard work, order something off the list, such as the Zeta Prohibition Iced Tea with a Screwdriver on the Side – a mix of vodka, gin, Cointreau and rum served in a jam jar, wrapped in a paper bag with a vodka injected orange on the side.
