This tiny oasis is a small saviour on King Street. What the café lacks in personality, it makes up for in pure skill. The beans are roasted in Chippendale in their vintage German roaster born in 1957 and it produces a rich, deep melodic flavour. This machine, which runs hot and heavy all day, spits out coffee with such complex dimensions, you wonder why their store isn't a little more off-the-beaten-track.
