Single Origin
The teeny-weeny cafe has a few stout tables and chairs and a floor staff of spunks serving stupendous Sydney espresso. Suffice to say, the guys who work the bean don at Single O are trippers. On caffeine, that is. You might visit for the selection of cakes and muffins but you stay for the coffee (the Single Origin house blend is a mix of Honduras, East Timor, Ethiopia, India and Mexican beans roasted in the behmoth they call Boris the roaster). Have a heart starting ristretto and follow up with a more calming flat white to get a good grip on the magic these fella's weave.
