Rosso Pomodoro
The blue-eyed boys from this Rozelle pizzaria are not only the best looking pizzaioli in this town, they also stretch a fine round of dough. The bianchi (that's sans tomato) with pork sausage is a killer, not to mention their Margherita. It's L.O.U.D in the tiny room, but it's worth it for the snacks.
The Porcini Mushroom and Prosciutto is a ripper – mozzarella stretches in ribbons off a thin base decorated simply with fragrant mushrooms and drapes of cured ham. They may use an electric oven instead of the traditional wood-fire but the result is still magnifico.
To round off your meal, end with a Nutella calzone (like a pizza only folded in half) covered in toasted almond flakes. It’s the size of Burt Newton’s head so it’ll feed a table of four.
